Mi Sedaap, Hock Kee Kopitiam unveils Rasa Muhibbah, Sedap Bersama collaboration

In partnership with Hock Kee Kopitiam, Mi Sedaap announced a limited-time dining collaboration themed Rasa Muhibbah, Sedaap Bersama last week, available at selected Hock Kee Kopitiam outlets.

Country Manager of Mi Sedap from Gentle Supreme Sdn Bhd said, Mi Sedaap has always been rooted in flavours that are recognisable and enjoyable to Malaysians as reflected in the collaboration with Hock Kee Kopitiam.

“As we bring Mi Sedaap into a dine-in setting, it was important for us to collaborate with a partner that reflects the same authenticity and familiarity. 

“Hock Kee Kopitiam stood out for its strong reputation in serving genuine kopitiam dishes that generations of Malaysians grew up with.

“This collaboration is about creating a shared dining experience where comfort, flavour and togetherness come together in one bowl,” he said in a statement.

Founder of Hock Kee Kopitiam, Nick Ng shared the same sentiment, explaining that the partnership is focused on redefining how Mi Sedaap’s flavours can be experienced through their kitchen.

“Rather than changing what people already enjoy, our chefs focused on preparation techniques, garnish and balance to present each bowl with greater depth and character. 

“It is an exciting opportunity to showcase creativity while keeping the dishes comforting, approachable and enjoyable for diners to share,” he said.

The collaboration features two specially crafted dishes, Mi Sedaap Goreng Asli paired with Hock Kee Chicken Satay and Mi Sedaap Soto Ayam that elevate familiar flavours into a warm restaurant experience.

Customers may get their hands on the exclusive dishes at Hock Kee Kopitiam outlets in City Square, Sanctuary Mall, BBCC Tuah, Eco Majestic, AEON Shah Alam, Kota Damansara and Makan-Makan located at the Vertical Podium, Bangsar South.

In conjunction with Ramadan, customers can also enjoy a special promotion throughout the campaign period where dine-in customers who order any new Mi Sedaap dish and purchase one Mi Sedaap bundle in the same receipt will receive a free limited-edition Mi Sedaap bowl.

Mi Sedaap invites everyone to join in on the celebration of the vibrant culinary setup of Malaysia, concentrated on a plate of nostalgic mi goreng.
